Celebrate Women’s History Month with a dining experience inspired by the remarkable life of Susan B. Anthony, a fearless advocate for women’s rights and abolition. A trailblazer in the fight for equality, Anthony’s dedication to justice often took her on grueling journeys, where she found moments of indulgence in her favorite meals.
Executive Chef Julianne Gutierrez crafted a menu that pays homage to Susan B. Anthony’s legacy, beginning with alligator bites—a nod to the distinctive alligator-skin purse she famously carried. The main course features a hearty porterhouse steak, a dish she savored after long travels, and the meal concludes with a light and delicate strawberry sponge cake, her favorite dessert.
