Online and On-Site Classes* Available
We have hand-selected the classes listed below based on feedback from our members and guests and look forward to the possibility of introducing more options as demand and availability dictates. Please be aware that, in order to stay aligned with the mandates of our Governor, we have a few guidelines that we ask you adhere to while utilizing the studio classes.
- When entering the building, we ask that you wear a face mask and observe all social distancing protocols (10 ft. in fitness/ pool areas and 6ft throughout the rest of the facility)
- In order to minimize the possibility of overbooking the classes, we also ask that you please sign up for the class that you wish to attend, you may do this by contacting the front desk. Due to the limited capacity of the classes, we are only booking them 24 hours in advance.
- The Spa also requires that all class participants check-in at the front desk and fill out our Class Intake form prior to attending any classes within the building. You will have 2 options for completing this form. One is at check-in at the front desk, the second option will be a link that can be found in your confirmation email when you pre-book your class. We highly recommend that you fill out this form prior to arriving or that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time to minimize any potential delay to joining your scheduled class.
- Due to the imposed social distancing mandates, we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class and remain no more than 15 minutes after your class has ended so that the other members and guests may utilize the fitness facilities as well.
- Due to staffing limitations, locker rooms will have no attendants before 10am but downstairs showers and lockers will be open for use before and after your classes. There will also be no use of the wet lounge as per the Governors direction under Phase 3.

Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that forces you to work at a very high intensity for short periods of time. Each Tabata set involves alternating two high-intensity or anaerobic exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of four minutes.

4:00 PM – De-Stress Restorative Yoga – (50 min) – Bambi
Restorative yoga will calm and reset your entire body and mind. The poses are held for longer time periods which allow the nervous system to transition and release stress and tension. Recenter your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for a deeper slower practice.
